- ROI Tracking: Track the return on investment (ROI) of all retention marketing activities, analyzing the performance of campaigns and optimizing budget allocation based on performance.
- Performance Analysis: Use data and financial metrics to regularly review retention spends and provide insights for further optimization of marketing budgets.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in retention marketing, customer lifecycle management, or related roles.
- Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience in managing and leading a marketing or retention team.
- Budgeting Experience: Experience in managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI across various marketing channels.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
