Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Development:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate sales leads.
• Campaign Management:Oversee and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels including digital (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media), print, events, and traditional advertising.
• Content Creation & Management:Lead content creation efforts, including blog posts, website copy, social media posts, case studies, press releases, and email newsletters, ensuring messaging is consistent with the brand and effectively targets the intended audience.
• Market Research & Analysis:Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, competitor activity, and identify growth opportunities.
• Brand Management:Ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials and across all channels, maintaining the company's identity, values, and voice.
• Lead Generation & Nurturing:Develop strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and nurturing existing leads through targeted campaigns and automated workflows.
• Budget Management:Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across marketing channels and initiatives. Track spending and ROI to meet budgetary constraints.
• Collaboration with Sales:Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing and sales objectives, and provide necessary tools and materials to support the sales pipeline.
• Performance Metrics & Reporting:Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other CRM/marketing platforms. Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
