As the Associate Director - Product Marketing at Junglee Games, you will play a pivotal role in driving user growth, optimizing engagement, and ensuring strategic alignment across our products. This role requires a creative, data-driven marketer with a strong background in growth experiments, product positioning, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and customer engagement campaigns. You will lead initiatives to boost user acquisition, reduce churn, and help scale our product offerings.
Responsibilities:
1. Growth Experiments
Develop, execute, and optimize user growth initiatives to drive conversion , engagement monetisation on the platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design growth experiments, analyze results, and implement scalable solutions
2. Product Engagement Retention
Create and execute GTM strategies for new products, features, and campaigns that drive user adoption and engagement.
Build and manage in-app campaigns to increase user interaction and loyalty. Design data-driven lifecycle programs to target and engage users, aiming to reduce churn and maximize long-term engagement
3. Strategy Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with Product, Data, and Design teams to ensure alignment on growth and engagement goals.
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and user insights to inform product marketing strategies.
Drive alignment on performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting processes to continuously evaluate campaign effectiveness and growth experiments success
4. Campaign Management
Lead end-to-end in-app campaigns that resonate with target audiences, ensuring strategic timing and relevance.
Develop messaging, positioning, and content strategy for products across various platforms and channels.
Oversee creative direction, messaging consistency, and brand voice for engagement initiatives inside the product
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role in the gaming or B2C space while demonstrating strong leadership skills.
Proven track record in leading growth experiments, with experience in A/B testing and user lifecycle optimization.
Strong understanding of GTM strategy, customer segmentation, and marketing analytics.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change.
