1. Campus Hiring Strategy and Execution Drive campus recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including full-time and internship requirements Conduct market research to identify and prioritize campuses aligned with organizational hiring needs and open roles. Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for designated campuses, maintaining strong relationships with placement officers and faculty. Organize and manage online assessments (Pre interview screening) Travel to campuses during the recruitment season to represent the organization and ensure smooth execution of drives.
2. Campus Engagement and Branding Coordinate pre-placement talks, leadership talks and other engagement activities to build the organization s employer branding. Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the company culture and career opportunities to students. Collaborate with the communications team to design engaging job descriptions, presentation decks, and other branding materials.
3. Logistics and Event Management Oversee logistics for campus recruitment events, including managing travel arrangements, procurement of campus goodies, etc. Coordinate in office campus drives end to end in off campus season
4. Offer Rollout and Onboarding Support Manage feedback and offer rollout processes on Workday Collaborate with the Employee Experience (EX) team to facilitate onboarding formalities for new hires.
5. Intern Engagement and Performance Management Plan and execute engagement activities for interns, fostering a positive experience during their tenure. Support the intern performance evaluation and coordinate the appraisal process in coordination with hiring managers.
