Fluidscapes - Art Director (5-8 yrs)

- We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Art Director to lead and oversee the development of visual concepts across various campaigns and digital platforms.

- The ideal candidate will manage a team of designers, ensure brand consistency, and drive innovation in creative execution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead the visual direction of campaigns and creative projects.

- Plan, manage, and deliver day-to-day design requirements for assigned brands.

- Collaborate with Copywriters, Strategists, and Marketing teams to develop compelling creative assets.

- Present creative concepts to internal teams and stakeholders.

- Ensure brand consistency, innovation, and timely execution of all creative deliverables.

- Stay updated on the latest design tools, trends, and techniques to enhance creative output.

- Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of Graphic Designers and Visualizers.

- Oversee the quality and execution of design projects across digital, print, and multimedia.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in design or art direction.

- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 3-4 Graphic Designers and Visualizers.

- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative execution and art direction.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong understanding of branding, typography, and digital design trends.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
