The QA Personnel should provide facility support in the development, maintenance, improvement, and management of the QMS, and all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

The QA Personnel should execute the supporting activities of measuring and improving quality products and business processes.

Roles Responsibilities
Support in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the QMS and procedures.
Provide support in maintaining all Quality certifications documentation for the business (ISO 9001:2015, others site s specific)
Support internal and external audits and conduct various quality control spot / regular inspections on products as required during problem analysis.
Should have experience in Supplier Audit Calibration Management
Understand the Quality requirements of a component manufacturing and support to Prepare the ITP (Inspection Test Plan).
Review of customer specifications associated with project requirements and support to Prepare the ITP (Inspection Test Plan).
Identify areas of improvement (internal, external and supplier) and develop quality improvement programs utilizing quality tools and statistical techniques.
Support in KPIs compliance and reporting (Non-conformances, Rework, Scrap, First Pass Yield, Escapes, Warranties, Corrective Actions).
Interact communicate with customer, supplier other functional areas including manufacturing, purchasing, production, and field service/repair to evaluate on quality issues plus resolution of any problems within process and final product acceptance.
Provide support in Customer complaints / Escapes / Customer Feedback problem solving and be able to present results to customer and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Coordinate with QC incoming, in-process and final inspection to assure Quality compliance in the site.
Familiar with on Hands experience of Working on a Quality Online Portal.
Support for Problem Solving (RCA/CA/PA) for the facility through Analyzing trends resulting from Statistical Data and propose suggestions/recommendations for process Detection corrective actions.
Required Experience ,Qualifications and Skills
DME with 8-14 yrs experience or BE Mech with 6-10 yrs experiencein Quality preferably in Pumps OEM environment.
NDE certification for MPI, LP, UT, RT VT
Must be certified internal 9001:2015
Knowledge of inspection equipment found in machining, assembly and test operations of pumps and associated accessories
Proficient in Data analysis tools techniques, corrective action request management, RCA and CAPA tools.
Preferred Knowledge of welding , NDE, established quality standards, laws, and regulations of national and international authorities.
Good Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Fair English communication, interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
Flexible, eager to learn, accurate, analytical with positive, can-do attitude.
