Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Manager to plan, develop, and execute comprehensive social media strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, audience engagement, and campaign management, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with clients. You will be responsible for managing the company s social media presence across various platforms, driving brand awareness, and optimizing campaigns for maximum engagement and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and Developing Social Media: Create strategies, content calendars, and campaign ideas to engage the audience effectively.
- Crafting Compelling Content: Oversee or develop videos, photos, infographics, and text posts that align with the brand s voice and objectives.
- Posting Content Across Social Media Accounts: Manage the company s social media profiles and ensure timely and consistent updates.
- Engaging with Customers on Different Channels: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers. Manage the company s Google My Business profile.
- Analysing Running Campaigns: Monitor performance metrics, track engagement, and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Staying on Top of Social Media Trends: Keep up with industry changes and emerging trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Content Creation: Participate in shooting and basic editing of content to ensure high-quality visuals and messaging.
- Managing Clients: Coordinate regularly with clients to research, plan strategies, run campaigns, and share monthly content calendars and reports.
- Team Leadership: Develop and oversee the social media strategy, set goals and deadlines for the team, and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Brand Awareness: Cultivate brand and product awareness through positive online reputation management.
- Social Media Monitoring: Coordinate content creation, scheduling, and monitor key social media metrics to ensure campaign success.
Requirements:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and current trends.
- Experience in content creation, including photography, video production, and basic editing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for social media marketing.
