Sales Executive

Were looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial customer engagement to closing deals. Evaluating prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales opportunities. Engaging with prospects about their business challenges and requirements, as well as presenting the range of options and cost benefits of each.

Job Description

• Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
• Performing cost-­benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling the Architect fraternity.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Understand the market’s potential, track sales, status reports and improve on market share.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements and skills

• Work experience in Sales of products to commercial spaces. Fresher also can be applied.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with prospect funnel and follow up and keep updating the same
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement.
