About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and passionate AI/ML Engineer with 3-4 years of experience and expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and MLOps to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be involved in the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions that transform HR processes and enhance our products. You will work on designing, building, and deploying AI models that improve efficiency, automate tasks, and provide valuable insights to our customers.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement LLM and NLP models to address HR challenges, such as :

- Automating resume screening and candidate matching.

- Building conversational AI chatbots for employee support and onboarding.

- Analyzing employee feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvement.

- Generating engaging HR-related content for various platforms.

- Extracting and analyzing skills data from resumes and job descriptions.

- Fine-tune and adapt pre-trained LLMs (e.g., GPT-3, BERT) for specific HR tasks and datasets.

- Perform data analysis, cleansing, and feature engineering to prepare data for model training.

- Design and implement MLOps pipelines to streamline model development, deployment, and monitoring.

- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI/ML models into our products.

- Continuously research and evaluate new LLM, NLP, and MLOps technologies and techniques.

- Contribute to the improvement of our AI/ML development processes and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- 3-4 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on LLM and NLP.

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and NLP techniques.

- Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLTK, spaCy, Transformers).

- Experience with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., version control, CI/CD, model monitoring).

- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with HR tech or a strong understanding of HR processes and challenges.

- Contributions to open-source projects or research publications in AI/ML.

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
