Role & responsibilities

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

==RPA UI Path Developer with 7- 10 Years experience ==

7+ years relavent hands-on on power automate experience with multiple successful implementations of the RPA projects, with experience on UI Path.
Expertise in RPA development using UI Path as Primary Skill
Experience in programming (including scripting , coding).
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Powershell, etc.).
Experience with HTML 5, CSS and JavaScript is preferred.
Good to have hands on in development in C#.NET/ VB.NET / ASP.NET.
Good to have Hands on database concepts such as DDL,DML and SQL Programming.

Process Skills:
Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle
Outstanding written/verbal communication skills with experience distilling and presenting complex quantitative analysis

Interpersonal Skills
- Well-developed analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent team player, able to work with virtual teams.
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic start-up environment.
- Must be able to work under own initiative with limited guidance from team manager due to the fast pace and high-volume of work managed by the team.
- Able to talk to client directly and report to client/offshore.
- Flexibility to work on different Shifts and Stretch.
