About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager to lead and manage our Last Mile Delivery operations, specifically focusing on both Same Day and Non-Same Day delivery models in collaboration with 3PL vendors. This role will have individual contributor responsibilities, requiring a strategic mindset and hands-on approach to drive operational excellence across our delivery services.

About the team
The candidate will be working with the 3PL operations team which manages key vendors who does deliver of Flipkart and Myntra shipments.

You are Responsible for
You will be accountable for the performance, reliability, customer experience, and operational capacity of both delivery models, ensuring seamless execution across multiple partners and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will lead key projects related to enhancing First-mile, Mid-mile and last mile delivery infrastructure and capabilities.
