Role Description:
- We are seeking a Branch Operations Manager to join our team at Khimji Ramdas India Private Limited in Rajkot.
- This is a full-time, on-site role.
- The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the branch, managing branch activities, optimizing processes for operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery to clients.
- This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals, maintain company standards, and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth functioning.
- Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery, addressing client needs promptly.
- Supervise and lead a team of operational staff, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Implement and monitor inventory management systems to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or masters degree in management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.
- Strong skills in operations management, process optimization, and team leadership.
- Proven experience in inventory management and supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Previous experience in the distribution or sales industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
