Position: Associate Director / Senior Manager - Commercial Lending (Vendors)

Location: Bangalore

Our position will allow us to facilitate greater financial access for our business partners and empower them to grow with us.

Responsibilities

- Build relationship with CFOs and Treasury functions of key brands, distributors / aggregators, and importers to understand their specific financing needs for working capital and long term borrowing

- Help grow relationships with Banks and NBFC partners to secure attractive lending terms, encourage healthy competition for client business and hold them to high experience standards (documentation, app-to- disbursal TAT, etc)

- Drive sales of multiple products - Credit facility / ODs, Term loans, Invoice discounting - to new and existing clients

- Be responsible for P&L of product lines and your client portfolio

- Work with Credit team to drive growth while balancing risk exposures and NPAs

- Work with Product and Technology team to deliver effective and efficient experience for all our partners - banks / NBFCs, borrowers, and platforms

- Collaborate with eCommerce category, product and technology teams to deliver Flipkart First outcomes

- Deliver top line growth with acceptable NPAs

Desired experience and competencies

- 10+ years of operating experience in Commercial lending unit of Bank / NBFC. Experience at new age lenders is a plus

- Thorough understanding of new age NBFC

- Comprehensive 360-degree view to Commercial Lending

- Customer-backed and Technology-first thinking

- Risk Management and Compliance Aware
