Job Overview:
- The Performance Marketing Manager will spearhead the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
- This strategic role requires a data-driven thinker with strong analytical skills who can propel growth through innovative marketing tactics and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Formulate and implement performance marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish measurable targets for all marketing initiatives.
Campaign Management:
- Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Ensure all campaigns are aligned with overarching marketing goals and adhere to brand guidelines.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to uncover trends, insights, and areas for enhancement.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management, emphasizing key metrics and return on investment (ROI).
Budget Management:
- Effectively allocate and oversee the marketing budget to maximize ROI. ( Division / Split across various events & categories)
- Monitor and report on expenditure to maintain budget adherence.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
- Coordinate with other marketing functions (SEO, social media, email marketing) for cohesive campaign execution.
Market Research:
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Conduct competitive analyses to identify market opportunities and potential threats.
Optimization:
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns for improved performance through A/B testing and audience segmentation.
- Implement data-driven adjustments to enhance conversion rates and lower customer acquisition costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
- Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) are preferred.
