What You'll Do:
- Set the Vision & Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive performance marketing and SEO roadmap, focused on ROI and RoAS, across Meta, Google, and other channels in multiple global markets.
- Optimize Ad Performance: Lead the end-to-end management of paid media campaigns, including channel strategy, audience targeting, bidding, ad placement, and creative testing to drive down CPA and maximize conversions.
- Develop and Implement SEO Strategy: Craft and execute a robust SEO strategy covering on-page and technical SEO, with a focus on keyword research, meta-tagging, structured data, and page performance optimization tailored to our Next.js tech stack.
- Technical SEO & Performance Enhancements: Ensure SEO best practices are embedded in our Next.js and Node.js framework, focusing on server-side rendering, dynamic content, and URL optimization for improved search performance.
- Advanced Tracking & Pixel Implementation: Oversee pixel integration, event tracking, and conversion API setups on Meta and Google to ensure accurate data capture, attribution, and flow, leveraging knowledge of Next.js and Node.js backend requirements.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Partner with design and development teams to refine website UX and craft high-converting landing pages, applying data-driven insights through A/B testing for continuous improvements.
- Cross-Functional Campaign Design: Conceptualize campaigns that build excitement around new product launches and drive brand awareness, engaging cross-functional teams.
- SEO Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to develop and optimize content, including blogs, product pages, and landing pages, that aligns with SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Perform ongoing analysis of targeting, retargeting, audience expansion, keyword performance, and traffic trends, optimizing ad spend and creative assets based on data insights.
- Automation & Analytics Management: Leverage automation and analytics tools to streamline reporting, evaluate performance, and adjust strategies for growth, utilizing platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Data Studio.
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise in Performance Marketing: Proven proficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other key channels, with experience in advanced tracking solutions like Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and server-side tracking.
- SEO Knowledge with Next.js and Node.js: Practical experience in SEO best practices for Next.js and Node.js websites, including core web vitals, page speed, and responsive design.
- Analytical and Data-Driven: Skilled in using SEO and analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush) to monitor performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Campaign Automation Experience: Proficient with automation tools (e.g, Zapier, Google Data Studio, HubSpot) and skilled at integrating them into campaign workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Creative CRO Approaches: Expertise in driving innovative CRO solutions, including new ad formats, landing page optimizations, and keyword strategies with a focus on iterative testing.
- Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments: Demonstrated ability to pivot strategies in response to performance data and industry trends, thriving in a dynamic digital marketing landscape.
