Flipkart Furniture team consists of categories like Beds, Sofa, Mattress, Wardrobes, TV Units, DIY Furniture and many more. Flipkart Furniture enjoys the top position in the online Furniture Market and is the biggest retailer of Furniture in India.

About the Role:

Flipkart has seen phenomenal growth over the last few years and Flipkart Furniture is also pushing the bars. We have grown 4x in the last 2 Years and now command the top position in the Online Furniture Market. To continue and accelerate this momentum, we are looking for some highly passionate and out of the box thinkers. People looking for this role are expected to be very customer centric, analytically strong with data handling skills, sharp in planning and weaving the story from the data. The role will involve interaction with leadership and proposing some out of the box growth hacks and keep pushing existing boundaries. Candidate is expected to be great at Stakeholder management and program manage the identified growth levers.

What you'll do:

Growth Levers: 

- Identify the next set of growth levers through our existing pool of Data

- Drive the identified growth levers with multiple stakeholders

- Stay on top of changing trends and strategic priorities through in-depth data analysis to predict customer behavior

- Own and collaborate in GMV growth and P&L improvement.

- Define the Business metrics to measure the movement of projects.

Customer understanding

- Be the voice of the customer internally

- Understand needs - even those that the customers themselves may not realize

What you'll need:

Educational background - Graduation, MBA from Tier 1 Institute

- Knowledge of Retail, consumer goods industry is a plus

- Desire and ability to think like the customer

- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion

- Highly analytical

- Willing to take calculated risks to grow the category

- Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills

- Strong understanding of technology and business

- Must be willing to learn

- Ability to connect with people across teams & levels

- Strong bias for Action - Flipkart works at a very rapid pace
