Sr. / Executive - Sales and Marketing (B2C)

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls and follow up with potential trainees for Commercial Pilot License /Type Rating training.
• Manage end-to-end sales documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new trainees, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations (PPTs) as needed.
• Assist in the development of marketing collateral, website content, and promotional materials.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer demographics to refine sales and marketing efforts.
• Engage in strategic campaign development and execute marketing initiatives.
• Provide in-depth information about company services, courses, and regulations to prospective students.
• Visit schools and institutions to promote aviation careers and generate leads.
• Ensure sales targets are met by increasing walk-ins and conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless coordination and execution of sales and marketing activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate/BBA or MBA in Marketing with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective networks
• Proactive and target-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Capable of handling a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment
• Team player with strong collaboration skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
