Executive Training

Key Responsibilities :

• To check and verify the eligibility requirements and documents of trainees
• To brief trainees on the day of arrival at the training centre and hand over Welcome Kits
• Co-ordinate training schedule with SFI and Ground instructors
• To check training folders and documents on a day to day basis and ensure that all documents are filled properly by the SFI/FOI/TREs
• Prepare certificates
• To dispatch documents to DGCA of self-sponsored candidates and to the respective airline in case of airline sponsored candidates
• Liaison with DGCA for FOI nomination, fees deposits, Instructor approvals and trainee license endorsements
• Provide administrative support to the department of human resources and training
• Run and communicate reports on events and training programs
• Ensure to achieve target utilization of the simulator devices and provide any variation observed/captured.
• Take prior approval from concerned authority for simulator session/slot cancellation due to technical/logistics/other issues.
• Assist Training administrator in scheduling, mailing and communicating of training programs
• Maintain and manage events and schedules calendar of the training department

Requirement and Skills:

• Graduate with minimum two years of experience in relevant field.
• Problem solving & Interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and able to multi task
• Able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and execute them accordingly with a high degree of focus
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent computer skills MS Office
