Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our benefits and payroll processes. The ideal candidate will assist with various HR operations tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. The candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively with various departments. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the leave management portal.
Handle documentation related to short-term disability, employer statements, NYS DBL, and PFL.
Review and compare benefit portal and reports to provider invoices received.
Ensure all benefit withholdings and payments are accurately processed and payroll is aligned accordingly.
Manage benefit enrollments for international employees in the benefit platform.
Assist with monthly department-wise attendance monitoring.
Manage the benefits portal and liaise with new vendors.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel is a Must.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Nice to have - Experience with US HR operations.
Ability to work late evening shifts until 10 PM IST.
