Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team, who will be responsible for promoting and driving sales of our products in the Hydraulics, Pneumatics, or Engineering sector. This role requires a strong background in sales and marketing with a focus on customer relationships, price negotiation, and sales finalization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Regular visits to customer sites to understand customer requirements, preferences, and challenges.
  • Sales & Marketing: Promote the companys products and services, including hydraulic hose assemblies and allied products, to potential and existing customers.
  • Price Negotiation & Finalization: Lead price discussions with customers, negotiate competitive pricing, and finalize contracts or deals while ensuring profitability for the company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Market Research: Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless flow of information and a consistent approach towards meeting customer needs.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, market trends, and competition to senior management.
  • Ensure the smooth execution of sales processes from initial customer contact through to the final sale.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles in hydraulics, pneumatics, or engineering products.
  • Experience with hydraulic hose assembly or similar products is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers, internal teams, and management.
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Proficient in using MS Office and CRM tools for managing customer data and sales records.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel frequently for customer meetings and business development activities.
