Sales & Marketing Executive (Franchise Development)

Role & responsibilities

• Franchise Acquisition: Identify, negotiate, and appoint new franchisees to grow the brand footprint in various regions.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for franchise growth, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Franchise Agreement Management: Handle franchise agreements, including renewals, ensuring all contracts are signed and executed properly.
• Franchisee Support: Provide ongoing support to franchisees in addressing operational challenges, offering solutions, and ensuring they follow best practices.
• Internal Communication: Act as a liaison between corporate headquarters and franchise locations to ensure smooth communication and alignment of goals.
• Sales Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve the franchise sales process to maximize efficiency, sales conversions, and franchisee satisfaction.
• Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential franchise partners.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure that franchise operations comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards to maintain brand consistency and quality across locations.
