Wowoni - FCR Flexcube Consultant - Implementation & Customization (6-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement customizations and enhancements within the Flexcube FCR module.

- Develop and maintain interfaces and integrations with other systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Flexcube FCR functionalities.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Coordinate Flexcube development activities with vendor teams.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment.

- Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle database, PL/SQL, and Unix/Linux environments.

- In-depth knowledge of Flexcube FCR module, including its functionalities, data structures, and configurations.

- Expertise in WebLogic and JMS setup and administration.

- Ability to perform first-level analysis and debug code in Oracle and Unix environments.

- Lead and mentor junior team members on Flexcube development and best practices.

- Guide and support team members in resolving technical challenges.

- Document technical specifications, design documents, and test cases.

- Maintain and update technical documentation.

Qualifications :

Essential :

- 6+ years of experience in Oracle Flexcube development with a strong focus on FCR.

- At least 6+ years of experience in Oracle database, PL/SQL, Business Objects reporting tools, and Unix/Linux.

- Hands-on experience with Flexcube, WebLogic, and JMS setup.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred :

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Knowledge of other Flexcube modules (FCC, CMS).

- Experience with integration technologies (APIs, web services).

- Oracle certifications (Oracle Certified Professional - Java SE)
