Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and integrate/deploy Java applications within the FLEXCUBE environment.

- Transform business requirements into detailed technical stipulations and specifications.

- Conduct thorough software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging activities for FLEXCUBE modules.

- Provide support throughout the testing cycles, progressively addressing specifications and requirements provided by Oracle or the customer within the planned project schedule.

- Adhere to defined standards, tools, processes, and change control steps, ensuring all work is documented to meet quality, audit, and compliance expectations of both Oracle and the client.

- Develop comprehensive technical designs for application development within the FLEXCUBE framework.

- Participate in the implementation and possess strong knowledge in various FCUBS modules including ELCM (Enterprise Limits and Collateral Management), OBIC (Oracle Banking Insight Cloud), OBPM (Oracle Banking Process Management), OBCL (Oracle Banking Corporate Lending), Trade Finance (OBTF + TFPM - Oracle Banking Trade Finance and Trade Finance Process Management), OBBRN (Oracle Banking Branch), and Loans (OBCL, OBCLPM - Oracle Banking Corporate Lending Process Management, CI - Consumer Lending).

- Utilize strong coding experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL to write efficient stored procedures, triggers, functions, and views.

- Leverage Java and WebLogic skills for development and deployment activities.

- Utilize Postman for API testing and possess excellent debugging skills to identify and resolve technical issues.

- Participate in migration projects, providing technical expertise and support.

- Offer technical support and issue resolution for various OB modules.

- Contribute to development and integration efforts within the FLEXCUBE ecosystem.

- Collaborate effectively across different teams and geographical locations to achieve project goals.

- Actively participate in executive presentations, solution design documentation, and status reporting, requiring excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Demonstrate excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills to effectively translate business requirements into clear and concise solution design documents.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven hands-on experience in Development, Implementation, and/or production support of a Core Banking product, preferably Oracle FLEXCUBE UBS.

- Significant experience in the implementation and deep knowledge of FCUBS, ELCM, OBIC, OBPM, OBCL, Trade (OBTF + TFPM), OBBRN, and Loans (OBCL, OBCLPM, CI) modules.

- Strong coding proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including writing complex stored procedures, triggers, functions, and views.

- Solid experience in Java and WebLogic application server.

- Hands-on experience using Postman for API testing and possessing strong debugging skills.

- Experience in Migration projects, OB modules Technical Support, Issue Resolution, Development, and Integration.

- Conversant with IDE Tools such as Eclipse for development.

- Familiarity with UML-based Modeling Tools for creating technical diagrams.

- Experience in working with Oracle Database Tools and basic database administration tasks.

- Exposure to the Financial Services or Banking domain is essential.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and geographies.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to participate in executive presentations, solution design documentation, and status reporting.

- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communications skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into clear solution design documents.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

- Experience with performance tuning of Oracle databases and Java applications.

- Understanding of security best practices in financial applications.
