Job Description-
- Monitor shop operation at regular intervals
- Check compliance to regulatory requirements
- Monitor shop performance to ensure fulfilment of targets
- Ensure that customer complaints are attended
- Review stock out report and check for deviations if any
- Generate daily performance report
Skill set required: Should have good exposure in Modern Retail Business, Experienced in handling a team, Comfortable in Rotational shifts, Good Communication & should be presentable.
(Ready to work in Rotational shifts and Night Shifts).
