Job Title : Customer Account Manager

Location : Field (involves regular visit to customer end)

Designation : Executive - Asst Manager

Experience : 5-9 years

Qualification : Diploma (Mechanical/ Automobile) / BE (Mechanical/ Automobile)

Key Performance Indicators :

• On time (and in full) delivery to customers
• No line stoppage at customer end

Roles & Responsibilities :

• To get production plan from the Planner at the customer end
• To gather information from Planner/Buyer regarding variations in monthly / weekly/Daily plans
• To get schedules from buyer (download from e-portal or email from buyer)
• To handle order management for MTS (Make to Stock)/MTO (Make to Order) parts.
• To handle CQC (Customer Quality Complaint)
• To ensure GRN / GIN / acknowledgment receipt is made / issued against each invoice delivered
• Ensuring 100% on time delivery
• Check & count existing stock on shop floor.
• Coordinating & follow up with Fleetguard plant / warehouse for any short fall part daily /weekly/monthly
• Trigger to Fleetguard plant / warehouse for shipment of part shift-wise
• Ensuring vehicles getting unloaded on time, if any issue at customer end to be cleared immediately
• Any quality issue raised by customer / observed on shop floor to be raised as CQC on plant or warehouse
• E-way bills compliance
• Warehouse Management
