QC Content Manager

Role - QC Content Manager

Job Role:

- Manage sole responsibility for quality of content

- Setting quality standards for in house and external writing partners.

- Designing quality parameters project-wise, and ensuring adherence.

- Editing and proofreading write-ups to meet the set standard

- One-on-one feedback to writers, as necessary

- Evaluating external vendors to ensure the necessary quality

- Coming up with writing workshops from time to time to enhance quality.

Skill Requirement:

- 5+ years in editing SEO content for B2B space.

- Expert B2B content writing/editing experience is a must

- Wide ranging industry experience across sectors is an added advantage

- Experience handling technical content pertaining to compliance, KPIs, service delivery, etc.

- Familiarity with all AI writing chatbots; their quirks and nuances is a must.

- Team leading/ Mentorship experience is a plus.

- Prompt engineering certification will be rendered as an added advantage.

Other Requirements:

- A degree in English

- Familiarity with basic SEO principles

- Familiarity with Excel formulas to streamline content reports.
