Role: Sales and Business Development Executive (Fresher/Junior)

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious individual with a B.E/B.Tech degree in Civil/Architecture. An MBA degree will be an added advantage. This role is ideal for someone with 01 year of experience who is eager to grow in Sales and Business Development within the Engineering Services domain.


Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales and Business Development Executive, you will:

  • Assist in managing the sales cycle, from initial enquiry to closing deals.
  • Respond to client enquiries, understand customer requirements, and support pricing and negotiation efforts.
  • Work with senior team members to ensure smooth project transitions to production teams and deliver completed projects to customers.
  • Engage with and support delivery partners under supervision.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights and feedback for improving sales processes.
  • Actively participate in lead generation activities and support business growth.
  • Coordinate with internal operational teams for seamless delivery.
  • Work during 4 PM to 1 AM IST (Monday to Friday).

What You Bring

  • Enthusiasm to learn and grow in Sales and Business Development.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • A basic understanding of engineering concepts and the ability to learn how to craft solutions to meet client business needs.
  • A proactive attitude, with a focus on delivering results.

This is a great opportunity for freshers or individuals with limited experience to kickstart their career in international sales and business development.
