The Ideal Manager for our globalised client base:.
- Someone who can craft and implement cutting-edge business development strategies to expand our creative services, including graphic design, DTP, video editing, and animation.
- Scout and seize new business opportunities with global giants, with a keen focus on the US and EU markets.
- Be a revenue DriverLead and inspire a sales/business development team to smash sales targets and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with diverse teams-design, marketing, and sales-to synchronise strategies and exceed client expectations.
- Harness Sales CRM systems to monitor progress, manage client relations, and decode market trends.
- Communicate effortlessly with US and EU clients, showcasing your stellar verbal and written communication skills.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping tabs on industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies.
- The Perfect Fit for a global opportunity: You should have 10+ years of experience in Business Development or Account Management within a creative studio, ad agency, or international BPO specialising in publishing/design services.
- A proven track record of leading a sales/BD team is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite, Flash Animation, FCP, AVID is a plus.
- Strong experience with Sales CRM systems like Zoho, Salesforce, and a penchant for achieving revenue targets.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage US/EU customers.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven mindset.
- Work across global timezones and loves a Work from office setup to lead teams.
