Embedded Firmware Developer - Microcontroller/Microprocessor (6-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Firmware development experience for various families of microcontrollers and microprocessors.

- Design and develop device drivers for various hardware components.

- Develop and maintain low-level design documents, and adhere to SRS, SDD, and various compliance standards.

- Experience working on BSP, Device driver, bootloader, and scheduler.

- Collaborate with the team/cross-functional teams to develop application logic and business logic functionality.

- Participate in code reviews.

- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

- Develop software for various modules of embedded systems projects.

- Ensure compliance with Automotive/Medical/Aerospace/Industrial certification requirements in all development processes.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in software developments.

- Responsible for developing embedded software and performing developer/module testing.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in embedded systems firmware development and microcontrollers.

- Experience with SDLC documentation.

- Experience in RTOS and STM32

- Strong in C/C++ programming languages.

- Experience in Secure Communication Protocol.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in Compliance based project development.

- Experience in tools for requirements management, configuration management, and bug tracking e. g.

JIRA, SVN, etc.

- Experience in documentation using Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, etc.

- The Senior Firmware Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the

required grade of the embedded systems project.

- The ideal candidate will have experience working with devices that have received certifications for

Automotive/Medical/Aerospace/Industrial domain products.
