Enterprise Architect - Continuous Integration & Deployment (12-17 yrs)

Responsibilities :

• Apply your extensive knowledge in architecture, design patterns, security aspects in app development, and best practices to create efficient and maintainable code.
• Implement DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment, to ensure smooth and efficient development workflows
• Stay updated with emerging API technologies, such as Graph QL, and explore their integration in app development.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
• Analyze and perfect code for scalability, algorithmic complexity, and memory management.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, product managers, and designers, to gather requirements and deliver outstanding user experience
• Work in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with other developers to achieve project goals.

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related computing field is required. A Master's degree in a related computing field is preferred.
• 12+ years in software design/ architecture preferably from HR Tech SaaS space.
• Proven experience in the technology product industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of product development and innovation.
• Experience in developing and delivering modern SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native scalable systems, particularly on public clouds such as AWS.
• Proficiency in modern DevOps principles, embracing the ethos of "you build it, you run it. "
• Decisive technology leader with a bias towards action.
• Exceptional ability to connect with people, form relationships, and work cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
• Professional command of the English language, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively across all roles and levels inside the company.
