Qualification - BE / BTECH

Experience of Designing of Welding fixture design, Assembly fixture design, check fixture design using software Creo & Solid works.
High Proficiency 3D design of Jigs & Fixtures for Heavy Engineering products/Equipments from Off-highway, Agricultural and Construction Industries.
Experience in heavy fabricated structural design.
Sound knowledge of Manual Clamping, Pneumatic and Hydraulic clamping.
Proposal / Document of Understanding / RFQ Preparation Activity.
Purchase part/Standard part selection.
Manufacturing drawing creation, GD&T & Bom Creation.
Knowledge of Manufacturing processes & Material Selection.
Software: SolidWorks / Creo - 3D & 2D Experience / PDM Activity.
Good communication skills.
Able to handle Team of 5-6 engineer.
