Zonal Sales Manager- Ethical Sales / Pharma Sales ( Doctor Prescription Sales )

ONLY Sales Professional with extensive experience in Pharma Sales experience .


  • Sales career reflecting extensive experience and consistent performance in driving new business through key accounts and establishing leading Doctors dermatologist relationship to increase revenue.
  • Aggressive sales tactics with strong exposure of working with prominent and high profile Ortho/ gynaecologist / Dermatologist/Skin care Specialists/Skin Care clinics/ Laser centres etc
  • Acquired vast knowledge of both the marketplace and the capabilities & complexities of result driven cosmetic products.
  • Have been successful in building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers, establishing large volume & high profit accounts as well as maintaining top and bottom line profitability.
  • We are looking for a dynamic people leader who understand the bigger picture and can balance strategic vision and thought leadership with execution excellence.


AREAS OF EXPERTISE


  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
  • Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
  • Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement
  • Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
  • Coordinate with RSMs / ABMs /MRs to enhance sales performance.
  • Maintain relationship with existing doctors for repeat business.
  • Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members.
  • Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance.
  • Conduct business plan review meetings with sales team.
  • Providing direction and motivation to the field sales team for ensuring optimum performance for all operational & sales related issues.
  • Extensive travelling is required for this portfolio.
  • Provide data to higher authorities to take decision.
  • Managing, training, motivating, and developing existing sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitoring sales team performance, analysing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to Regional and Zonal heads.
