Role: Associate Marketing Manager

We are seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to support our product marketing initiatives and help position CXFirst.ai in the enterprise CX market. Key Responsibilities :-

Marketing Strategy Support : Assist in the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates.

Positioning & Messaging : Collaborate on creating clear, compelling messaging for enterprise audiences.

Market Research : Help gather and analyze data on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs; contribute to building buyer personas.

Content Development : Support the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, blog posts, and case studies.

Campaign Assistance : Help plan and execute targeted campaigns to increase product awareness and adoption.

Sales Enablement : Assist in preparing sales resources, including pitch decks and simple competitive analyses.

Performance Monitoring : Track key metrics, compile campaign reports, and suggest improvements based on data insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts.

Understanding of SEO strategies and tools to enhance content visibility is required.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (CS preferred) with a Master's degree in Marketing (top-tier B-schools preferred)

- Up to 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or technology industries.

- Very strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

- Very good understanding of digital marketing, social media and content creation is a must.
