Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and persistent Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build and verify a contact database of healthcare facilities across the Southeastern U.S. This role does not involve sales conversations or speaking with decision-makers directly but focuses on gathering and verifying accurate facility and contact details for our sales team.


Position Responsibilities :


  • Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of calls per day to healthcare facilities to verify basic information (e.g., clinic name, address, and phone number).
  • Decision-Maker Identification: Gather and confirm the contact details of key personnel (e.g., Billing Manager, Revenue Cycle Director, or Practice Administrator).
  • Data Collection & List Building: Research and expand a targeted database of healthcare facilities in the Southeastern U.S.
  • Lead Qualification: Ensure accurate information is recorded, but do not engage in sales discussions.
  • CRM Management: Log all verified contacts and facility details into the CRM/database.
  • Follow-Up Calls: Reattempt contact if initial calls do not yield the necessary information.
  • Process Compliance: Follow structured call scripts and protocols to maintain consistency.

Position Metrics:


  • Daily Call Volume: Minimum 100-150 calls per day to healthcare facilities.
  • Facility Verification Rate: At least 80% accuracy in verifying facility details (name, address, phone, website).
  • Decision-Maker Identification: Capture valid contact information for at least 60-70% of the calls made.
  • Database Growth: Successfully add at least 300-400 new, fully verified healthcare facility contacts per week to the CRM.
  • Follow-Up Efficiency: Complete at least 90% of follow-ups within 48 hours for incomplete contacts.
  • CRM Accuracy: Maintain less than a 5% error rate in logged information.

Position Requirements


  • Excellent English communication skills clear and professional phone presence.
  • Ability to make high-volume calls daily and extract accurate information.
  • Strong attention to detail for data entry and verification.
  • Experience in cold calling, lead research, telemarketing, or data verification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and data entry systems.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
