Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the team for a seamless hiring process
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across the various departments of the organisation
• Build a strong employer brand for the company, by finding and hiring the right candidate for the

job

• Keep track of job boards, social networks, and other platforms that enable HR hiring, with

relevant job descriptions and announcements

• Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and

conducting background checks.

• Creating offer letters & getting involved in salary discussion.
• Managing employee separation processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field

• 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
