Senior Project Manager (Cards and Payment Domain)
Needs to work in US Time zone (Night Shift)
About the team :
FIS is looking to add an energetic, talented, and experienced person who can work with a project team consisting of an Implementation-Conversion Analyst who gathers info and configures the application, our vendor who developed the application, and other FIS teams. Will work with other ICAs and business leaders in other team to enable companion functions like Digital Issuance, Tokenization, Loyalty etc
What you will be doing:
- Work closely with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and complying with FIS architectural standards.
- Provides application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project.
- Supports Card Suite (CS). The CS product is a mobile application available on Android and Apple devices either as a standalone application or embedded into the users online banking application. This app allows the users to freeze/unfreeze debit and credit cards, received fraudulent transaction alerts, set merchant and spend controls, view recent transactions etc.
- PM is non-technical in nature and will work with a project team consisting of an Implementation-Conversion Analyst who gathers info and configures the application, our vendor who developed the application, and other FIS teams. Will work with other ICAs and business leaders in other team to enable companion functions like Digital Issuance, Tokenization, Loyalty etc
- Will build, maintain, and deliver project plans, kickoff decks, status reports etc
What you bring:
- Overall experience of 10-15 years Experience in the credit and debit card space, mobile banking applications, mobile applications, app stores, card fraud, switch/network are all big plus.
- Experience in build, maintain, and deliver project plans, kickoff decks, status reports
- Hands on experience Supports Card Suite (CS) product.
- Strong analytical skills
- Organizational and time management skills required (ability to juggle multiple priorities at a time)
