The Senior Salesforce Developer will play a pivotal role in our IT team, leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. This role requires advanced technical skills, leadership, and the ability to mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop high-quality Salesforce applications that support business processes and requirements.

2. Lead Salesforce projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, coding, testing, and documentation.

3. Implement advanced Salesforce features and integrate Salesforce with other systems.

4. Ensure optimal performance and scalability of Salesforce applications.

5. Mentor Junior Salesforce Developers and contribute to the teams knowledge sharing and professional growth.

6. Good understanding of Salesforce API Integration capabilities.

7. Good understanding of Salesforce marketplace.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Salesforce Developer Certification with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce development.

3. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component Framework.

4. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and limits.

5. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
