Jr Salesforce Developer_only Immediate joiners

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions that align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Perform data migration and integration between Salesforce and other systems using tools like REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or similar.
• Create and maintain Salesforce workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
• Implement best practices for security, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing Salesforce solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and assist in user acceptance testing.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure alignment with organizational policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce technologies: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, and custom objects.
• Knowledge of integration tools and methodologies (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft).
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II) preferred.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
