Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Implementation: Spearhead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Order Management processes. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and alignment with business objectives
• Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver projects on schedule and within cost constraints. Use agile methodologies and tools to monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and address any concerns
• Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Oracle Cloud solutions to meet business needs and enhance functionality. Ensure the solutions are scalable and adaptable to changing business requirements
• Training and Support: Develop and deliver training to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the new systems. Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, and reports for executive review
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, with a focus on Order Management processes
• Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Cloud Order Management and its integration with other systems
• Functional Knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules like Order Management, Pricing, Global Order Promising, Shipping
• Strong project management skills, with experience using project management tools and methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills • Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Oracle Cloud Certification in Order Management
• Experience in consulting or a client-facing role in a similar industry
