About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative CRM solutions for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM, .NET development, and best practices in software engineering.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

- Design and develop CRM customizations, including plugins, workflows, custom entities, forms, and views.

- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and applications.

- Develop and maintain user interfaces for Dynamics 365 applications.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.

- Ensure data integrity and quality within the CRM system.

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and jQuery.

- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and data model.

- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration.

- Experience with CRM integrations and data migration.

- Familiarity with server, network, and hosting environments.

- Understanding of relational and nonrelational databases.

- Experience with API development and integration.

- Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.

- Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Experience with PowerApps and Power Automate.

- Experience with Azure DevOps.
