Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensuring that all requests/checks are initiated correctly within the Internal Service Level Agreement.
Ensuring the accuracy of the verification attempts (templates, emails, faxes, verbal representations) done.
Ensuring that timely follow-ups are finished as scheduled.
Raising insufficiencies from the entities as soon as they are identified.
Ensuring that all documentation relative to the verification activity is uploaded to the System.
Ensuring that all requests/checks are initiated correctly within the Internal Service Level Agreement.
Job Qualifications
At least 1 year working experience in any field
With exemplary communication skills
Effective relationship management skills
Able to take initiative
Good interpersonal skills
Effective organizational skills
High attention to detail and level of accuracy
Good time management and stress management skills
Team player
Disciplined and is able to work Independently
