Educational Qualification
- Graduate from Govt./Recognized institution/University.
- Preferably Diploma in safety and Security management or equivalent.
- This position is for Ex Defense Personnel.
Experience
- 15-20 Years of rich experience in Administration, Facility Management, Event management, good experience in Life saving and first AID, Safety and security related skills.
- 4-6 years experience in facility management of multistory buildings (Office/Residential) setup of Govt./Corporate / PSU/Reputed Pvt. organization.
- Must have experience in STP and rainwater harvesting systems.
- Must have handled at least 200 direct reporties of technical, soft services and horticulture etc. Experience pertaining to Industrial/ labor laws.
- Must have rich exposure on Handing over/ taking over new multistory building and experience in identification of snag list for newly completed projects.
- Must have exposures in business events for Govt./PSU/ Reputed Pvt. organization.

Job Profile
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a facility management and programs for complex and multi-level installations as per manufacturer and OEMs guidelines for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and half yearly maintenance schedules for end to end life-cycle requirements.
- Conducting regular facilities inspection.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
- Allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency & coordinate intra-office moves.
- Supervise maintenance and repair of equipment, oversee facility refurbishment and renovations.
- Plan and manage facility central services such as Club house, Reception, Swimming pool operations, security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and parking, HVAC, DG and HT/LT Supplies.
- Ensure facility management needs & SLAs are being met.
- Ensure delivery schedules, quantity and quality criteria are met, checking and verifying assigned work by UIDAI Management, verify attendance, performance, consumables quantity and quality as per contracts BOQ.
- Performance management, Leave schedules, and to develop and train staff in changing scenario.
- Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related PPM Schedules, Real time data capturing and reporting, Activity log books, Health and maintenance cards, Job card tracking, defect rectification in the stipulated timeline.
- Advise and monitor energy efficiency.
- Respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures, provide prompt response to requests.
- Must able to conduct and lead special drives with in property periphery and in local area as per government guide lines published time to time.
Key Skills
Must have vast experience to manage and maintain individual units on following integrated systems:-
- Fire fighting system - fire hydrants, smoke detectors & fire extinguishers.
- Water Management Systems raw water, drinking water, flush water and sanitation, water tank cleaning etc.
- Multi specialty lifts (Cargo, Passenger & Emergency).
- DG Set’s ( over 750 KVA * 4)
- UPS’s Installations.
- HT & LT power supply and distribution.
- Housekeeping and Hospitality management for office and occupied units.
- Monitoring and supervision of maintenance office & various technical & soft services supervisors and teams for End to end solutions to occupants.
- Maintenance of horticulture.
- Solar water-geezers and Rooftop Solar Power PV Plant.
- Security team handling and Guard room operations i.e. Security Gadgets such as X-ray baggage scanner, DFMD, handheld metal detector, boom barrier, etc.
- Car parking (Automatic and lot systems).

Day to Day Operations & Maintenance of Building Management System, PA/ BGM, Fire Alarm & Detection System, CCTV System, Access Control System, Lift Management System, Telephone & EAPBX System. Internal/passage area/toilet/office complex & external solar lighting panel etc.
a) Maintenance of building structure by checks of building defects through regular walkthrough and identifying the defects.
b) Minor civil repairs like leakage, replacement/repair of false ceiling, flooring, minor cracks, replacing glass panels, minor plumbing works and other repairs in toilets, touching up painting etc.
c) Monitoring and reporting of major civil works to be done.
d) Maintenance of aluminum, wood and glass doors, partitions and windows and repair of handles, locks, lockers, any carpentry
e) Maintenance of all signage’s in the building.
f) Major repairs i.e. whitewash, lighting repairs, furniture repair and replacement, polishing, carpenter works repair and replacements etc.
