HR Specialist (Zoho Platform Expert)

Qualifications:

• Bachelordegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 3+ years of experience in HR management, preferably with Zoho platform expertise.
  
• Proficiency in Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, and Zoho Payroll.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  
• Proven ability to foster employee engagement and align HR strategies with business goals.
  
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
