AWS Cloud Associate

1. Post-Deployment Support and Troubleshooting :

- Monitor cloud systems and respond to alerts and incidents.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Mendix applications and AWS infrastructure.

2. Infrastructure Maintenance and Optimization :

- Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure system reliability.

- Assist with cost optimization strategies for cloud resources.

3. Security and Compliance Management :

- Monitor and enforce compliance with cloud security standards.

- Collaborate with the Dev/Build team to implement secure configurations.

4. Documentation and Client Collaboration :

- Maintain detailed documentation of support processes and incident resolutions.

- Work closely with clients to address issues and provide timely updates.

Key Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch).

- Familiarity with Mendix application deployment is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.

- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate preferred.
