The Senior AWS Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions on the AWS platform. This role requires a deep understanding of AWS services, AWS networking, cloud architecture, and best practices to optimize performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
Key Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years experience with development and maintenance using AWS services.
Proficiency in core AWS Networking and AWS services (EC2, VPC, Lambda, EKS, MSK, S3, RDS etc).
Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must be able to write code.
Should be able to pitch in and contribute with solutions/ideas to problems.
Strong understanding of Terraform development and deployment.
Should have experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Platform Engineering (Infrastructure as code) practices.
Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities, and able to adapt in a diverse working environment.
Proven and quantifiable track-record of success in delivering results within a large complex organization.
Good formal and informal communication skills in English (written and verbal).
A Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Role Description:
