Job Description

Seniority Level: Minimum 11-15 years of SAP Concur deployment experience, minimum 3-5 years of Concur-related system integration experience, 7+ years of project management experience as deployment lead.

As a Senior Manager for SAP Concur Programs, you will

Manage multiple end-to-end single or multi-country implementations concurrently, serving as the SAP Concur Implementation Manager/Deployment Lead.
Oversee the complete deployment of the SAP Concur solution, managing all modules, functionalities, integration points, and people/change management topics in scope.
Build and maintain trustworthy relationships to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers/internal teams/stakeholders.
Develop the initial project plan for pilot, roll-out, and stabilisation, outlining deliverables and milestones.
Prepare regular updates to the work/program plan and deliver weekly project status reports, including critical path activities.
Manage resource staffing and utilisation plans.
Maintain and update project issues risks log, project decisions log, and project actions log.
Drive and facilitate status and working sessions, including core team and leadership team meetings.
Track dependencies and assumptions for the project plan.
Contribute to governance model development and steering committee presentations.
Collaborate with the Customer Project Manager to prioritise workload and agree on customer SLAs.
Oversee global/regional TE and P2P policy or template development for multi-country deployments.
Drive and oversee requirement gathering and documentation, managing Implementation Consultants.
Evaluate complex customer business requirements following proven methodologies.
Define criteria for evaluating completeness of requirements and advise customers on prioritisation.
Manage the development and review of functional documentation, including TE policies, process documentation, CDW (conceptual design), and technical integration design.
Supervise SAP Concur product configuration according to customer business requirements, considering functional and technical dependencies.
Oversee gathering of detailed integration-related requirements/inputs from the FinTrans team customers, translating requirements into application design.
Oversee the technical configuration of SAP Concur, conducting functional reviews of configurations by Implementation/Functional Consultants.
Support Implementation Consultants on proper credit card feed set-up and validation of feed connectivity.
Demonstrate strong expertise in integration points, formats, standard custom field mapping, and data transfer mechanisms.
Advise and consult the ITS team on key field and format levels across all key integrations.
Support the setup of Single-Sign-On (SSO) and Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) with customers.
Design, build, and execute data migration scripts, including extracting data from source systems and supporting mock conversions.
Work closely with SAP Concur Integration Project Managers, Developers, and customer teams to facilitate data transfer.
Define data migration requirements for Customer ERP systems and SAP Concur.
Monitor data migration progress and effectiveness.
Consult on UAT and integration test strategy.
Test external interfaces and facilitate System Test and Regression Test.
Review and consult on overall user acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration testing in terms of planning and execution.
Manage and coordinate testing resources, track progress, report status, and help manage issues/risks.
Assist and advise customer teams on the development of the initial customer support management organisation.
Manage and maintain the cut-over plan (business and technical).
Ensure completion of deliverables, manage schedules, meet milestones, and ensure creative/technical success.
Review iterative deliverable versions with the customer for appropriate and timely sign-off.
Deliver on SLA and commitments under time and budget pressure, including updating project tracking systems and fulfilling administrative responsibilities.
After go-live, coordinate and oversee the delivery teams configuration integration-related hypercare support.
Work collaboratively with internal parties to administer the customer side, meet/exceed productivity targets, achieve accuracy with projections, and foster high customer satisfaction scores to ensure value-added FinTrans services to our customers.

Qualifications Position Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent business administration or engineering degree preferred.
Deep expertise in Concur Request, Expense (including Travel Allowance), ExpenseIt, Budget, Central Reconciliation, and Cognos Intelligence. Preferred expertise in Concur Invoice.
Deep technical capabilities in SAP Concur site design, site configuration, configuration validation, technical troubleshooting, and a solid understanding of the impact of the configuration on inbound outbound system integration.
Consulting experience related to business applications (Financial, Payroll, and HR systems), including spend management best practices, Purchase-to-Pay products, business processes analysis, and design.
Technical/Integration design, configuration, and testing experience in SAP ECC, SAP by Design, SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA.
Functional familiarity with Concur Web API, SFTP/File transfer logic and protocols, and file import/extract interfaces.
Proficiency in setting up SSO.
Full life-cycle Concur implementation experience.
Experience with technical file manipulation/integration.
Understanding of how to manage and manipulate txt, csv, xls, and xlsx files.
Experience with Dell Boomi is a plus.
Strong functional technical consulting skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong and trusting customer relationships.
Ability to execute flawlessly managing multiple SAP Concur fast-paced system implementations to meet tight deadlines.
Team player.
Excellent written and verbal communication presentation skills in English are a MUST.
Proactive, action-oriented mindset backed with strong project management experience.
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Project
