Learning and Development Manager for Sales
Location: Mumbai (Hybrid and PAN India Travel)
Job Description:
Learning & Development:
- Strategize and implement an effective learning framework for a designated sales channel in partnership with business leaders.
- Conduct training sessions aligned with business goals, ensuring smooth execution.
- Develop and implement innovative learning solutions, incorporating digital and interactive methodologies.
- Define key success metrics and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Utilize data insights from reports and dashboards to guide decision-making.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and integrate them into training strategies.
- Support Training & HR teams in special projects and ongoing initiatives.
Training & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute training strategies for frontline sales teams.
- Identify large-scale learning requirements and design a structured training roadmap.
- Manage and optimize classroom, virtual, and hybrid training sessions.
- Standardize trainer selection, onboarding, and capability-building processes.
Engagement & Project Management:
- Develop strategies to improve engagement and enhance training effectiveness.
- Contribute to program development, execution, and evaluation based on feedback and performance - insights.
- Continuously refine training approaches to align with organizational objectives.
Candidate Profile:
- MBA/Graduate with relevant experience in Learning & Development.
- Expertise in designing and delivering training programs across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills to assess learning needs and optimize existing strategies.
- Hands-on problem solver with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to track and report key training metrics for continuous improvement.
