Executive Assistant To COO and CFO

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage the appointment schedules of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), including planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel arrangements.
• Organize and coordinate intricate travel itineraries, agendas, and associated documentation for travel-related meetings.
• Ensure the timely and accurate flow of information, facilitating seamless communication across various stakeholders.
• Prepare, format, and refine data and information for internal and external communications, including emails, presentations, and reports.
• Accurately document and transcribe meeting minutes, ensuring key discussions and decisions are captured.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with office tools and applications such as HRMS, G Suite, Zoom, and MS Office.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Strong sense of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills to effectively support multiple stakeholders.
