Posting: Team Lead US Accounting

Location: Pune (Work from Office)

Shift Timing: 01:30 PM to 10:00 PM

Working Days: Mon-Fri (5 days working)

Qualifications:

• Masters in Accounting / Inter CA / CA / CMA / CPA
• Minimum 7 years of international accounting experience
• Strong background in KPO/BPO sectors with clients in accounting and CPA firms
• Proven experience in managing a portfolio of 10+ clients
• Leadership experience managing teams of 7 or more

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop (QBD)
• Proficient in Xero
• Familiar with applications such as Dext, Hubdoc, Bill.com, and more

Key Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• A pleasant, approachable personality
• Capable of managing client communications independently
