Team Lead

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to lead our tele sales
team specializing in unsecured business loans, home loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, lead generation, and
collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of unsecured business loans, home loans, and LAP products while building a
strong sales pipeline.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing telesales team, setting clear daily, weekly, and
monthly sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and ongoing training to enhance team skills
• Lead Management- Oversee lead generation activities, Implement and manage lead
tracking systems
• Collections Management- Oversee loan collections, develop strategies to reduce
defaults, and manage customer follow-ups for payment resolution
• Technology and Tools- Skilled in using sales and dialing software, managing CRM
records, and leveraging data analytics to track performance and identify opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in banking or financial services
• Experience in lead generation and collections
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Dialing software proficiency and CRM software
